I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how impressed I am with your dealership and one particular employee. 

The lease on my F-150 4x4 crew cab was expiring in October and I found myself in a difficult situation. You see, I am currently stuck in a hospital bed over in the Abbotsford Hospital.

I had already decided that I wanted to exercise the buyout provision on the lease but wondered how I was going to manage this while stuck in a hospital bed.

When I called Magnuson Ford I was put through to Calvin and explained the situation to him. Within 6 hours he had financing all approved and paperwork ready to sign & also got me all set up with your travelling ICBC insurance broker. The next morning Calvin visited me in the hospital to get all the papers signed and finalize the buyout process. The insurance agent showed up at 1PM as promised and by 1:30 I had my new plates and insurance in place. You should be very proud of Calvin's dedication and customer care. What he did to help me went way beyond the regular call of duty. This is the second F-150 I have bought from your dealership and I seriously doubt that I will ever buy a vehicle anywhere else for the rest of my life.
